We're pleased to pass on this announcement of not one but two books from network member Marketa Trimble (UNLV). The first is a monograph entitled Global Patents: Limits of Transnational Enforcement, which is available form Oxford University Press (the publisher's page, with a full description and reviews, is here, and excerpts may also be downloaded here). The second is a new edition of the casebook International Intellectual Property Law: Cases and Materials, co-edited with Paul Goldstein (Stanford), from Foundation Press (publisher page, with full description, is here).
