Book Announcement: Oppenheimer, Foster and Han's Comparative Equality and Anti-Discrimination Law

We’re pleased to announce the appearance of a new casebook, co-edited by network member David Oppenheimer (Berkeley), along with Sheila Foster (Fordham) and Sora Han (Irvine), comparing U.S. equality and antidiscrimination law with the law of several other legal systems, including those in Europe and several other regions of the world. Coverage includes equality issues in marriage, employment, affirmative action, reproductive rights, state religion, religious minorities, hate speech, and federalism. The publisher’s page is here.  Congratulations to the co-editors.
