We’re pleased to announce the appearance of a new casebook, co-edited by network member David Oppenheimer (Berkeley), along with Sheila Foster (Fordham) and Sora Han (Irvine), comparing U.S. equality and antidiscrimination law with the law of several other legal systems, including those in Europe and several other regions of the world.
