Michael Higgins, President of Ireland, to Deliver the Annual Emile Noël Lecture at NYU (Monday September 28 at 6pm)

The Jean Monnet Center for International and Regional Economic Law & Justice at NYU Law School has announced the Eleventh Annual Emile Noël Lecture on The State of the (European) Union.  The lecture, entitled "The European Union – Towards a Discourse of Reconnection, Renewal and Hope," will be given by Michael D. Higgins, the President of Ireland, on Monday September 28 at 6pm.  Prior registration is required (see here).  A reception will follow.
